How soon can I use my carpet or furniture after the stains have been removed?

Normally, it will take between 12 and 24 hours for carpets and fabric to dry. Using a fan will accelerate the drying process.

What if the stain returns or it does not look good after the carpet dries?

If the stain returns, so do we – up to 2 times at no additional charge. We are committed that you are delighted with our service. We will either remove the stain completely in the return trips or we will section a new piece into that area.

What if you can't get the stain out?

If we don't make the stain at least 90% better, then there will be no charge for the service. We pride ourselves in being far more particular than our customers.

What parts of Ohio do you service?

We mainly service Summit, Portage, Medina, Cuyahoga and Stark counties. We will travel further out, but an additional fee may apply.

How much does your service cost?

Our pricing is as follows:

• Stain Removal: $150.00 per hour (one hour minimum)
• Most Repairs: $150.00 per hour (one hour minimum)
• Color Repair: $250.00 per first hour (one hour minimum) $200.00 per hour each additional hour
• Fabric Repair: Wool, cotton, other natural fibers $200.00 per hour (one hour minimum)
• Bonded Inserts: Replacing sections of carpet $200.00 per hour (one hour minimum)
• Consulting: $80.00 per half-hour (half hour minimum)

Many of our services are often combined within the hourly rate. Different areas can be treated within the same hour for the highest hourly rate you require. For example if you need color repair for $200.00 per hour, we will do other stains and repairs if needed in that same hour for the same $200.00—if time allows. Or let’s say you just have stains (no color repair) and your rate is $150.00 per hour, we will do other carpet repairs (if needed) in that hour as well.
